1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds), trimmed
¼ cup mayonnaise
- Place oven rack in upper-middle position and heat oven to 425°F.
